began offering adult classes the day we opened our doors in 2009 with. Making movement and promoting healthy lifestyles for the whole family has always been part of our mission statement and we are happy to extend our unique training to adults! our classes promise to be fun, challenging and maybe even a little addicting.
Parkour fundamentals for adults. Low impact and wildly fun, Parkour is a terrific way to learn functional movement and get into shape. The curriculum is focused on skills building, safety and building confidence in the movements and progressions of Parkour.
Every Thursday, 6-7 PM at our North Lombard location.
It’s time to get you stronger, healthier and more flexible while getting some fun in too—this is strength and conditioning the Playground Gym way! We will focus on functional movement, core strength and overall fitness in a fun, safe and dynamic way. This challenging circuit class will have participants moving between stations utilizing TRX bands, body weight movements, plyometrics, medicine balls, bars, gymnastics props and more. We’ll emphasize overall strength to help you improve your overall athletic performance, or simply to make playing hard easier! Appropriate for all fitness levels, and don’t forget to ask about putting the kiddos in open play while you sweat!

Improve balance, range of motion and dynamic strength with this low impact class that focuses on stretching and lengthening. Each class will start with a dynamic warm-up that targets the core and conditions your muscles to better use the fuel that is delivered to them. This class is designed to increase your strength and flexibility in a fun and easy environment—think yoga but with way more smiles! Appropriate for all fitness levels, and don’t forget to ask about putting the kiddos in open play while you sweat!
